Our Kenmore dishwasher, when set to start, will not advance past that stage. The unit was used infrequently for almost a year. I’m assuming the timer (or timer motor) is bad. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I have posted this problem previously but submitted the incorrect model number. Thanks.
Does it fill up with the water? If it does then how it stops: by the time or by the water level? You can see it if you’ll open the door after it stops filling and check the float on the left side. If it’s floating in the water then the timer most likely is bad.
