Kenmore model 65515979992 Black problems.
the Lockon, Cancel and Quick Rinse lights are blinking all the time. and can’t turn unit on. This happened over two months ago, and hasn’t been used since then. Is there a way to turn them off or does it need the control panel replaced

Looks like this is a multiple stuck keys error.
Could be the control board or the control panel (keypad).
Unfortunately the tech sheet does not give the wiring diagram for the control panel output.
Try removing power from the unit for a couple minutes, if the unit is then OK odds are that it is the control board.
Check for any mechanical problems with the control panel face.
