Main Symptom: refrigerator and freezer not cold, lights and freezer fan on, compressor and condensor fan off.
What happens & when: unplugged unit clean coils at kickplate was unplugged for a day when plugged back in compressor and condensor fan came on briefly but went off 5 to 10 min after.

Parts or tests already tried: tested relay start not sure if thats the issue

I am not seeing the model 10657183410. Is it possible that the model number is 106.51783410? In the compressor area there will be a plastic box that contains the main control. If the cover is removed, the main control can be tested for Volts AC to identify what may be going on. At the connection P1, there will be a black wire at pin 1, a white wire at pin 2, and a red wire at pin 4. Is there 120 Volts AC when testing with a multimeter set to V~ (VAC) from the red wire to the white wire?
