I Have A Kenmore Elite Oasis Model 2704. It Is Perfectly Level On A Level Floor But When It Gets To The Rinse Or Spin Cycle I Always Get A Ul Code. I Have Even Tried To Run And Emoty Load And Still Get This Code . Could You Please Help Me Out?

I believe you mean a “UL” (unbalanced load) code.
There are several possibilities,
A small article(sock, hankie,etc.) stuck between the tubs,or under the agitator.
Improper fill level, overloaded, etc.(but you said you ran it empty, so that probably wont apply)).
You can turn the tub, and listen and watch for a “drag” on the tub, use a flashlight and look throught the perforations on the spin tub, to see if there’s something there, and remove the agitator to see if something is wrapped around the shaft, or stuck under it.
Otherwise you’ll need to check for a low voltage problem, bad RPS sensor circuit, with a multi meter.
