Kenmore 90 Series Plus Washer issues

Recently the washer started acting like one of the tub springs was broken. Its been quite a while since I took a washing machine apart so i’m use to the ones with the springs mounted halfway up the drum or more. I took the outer cover and top off to see inside but can find nothing wrong. In the last 2 days the machine is also agitating and spinning just fine but after spinning it gets to the rinse and spin and it jerks, or lugs. You can watch the lights dim with every jerk as it draws power, trying to turn. Please help, the machine worked perfectly until the last few days.
The jerking action is very similar to this video, but without the extra strange sound.

Need the model number of the washer.

Sorry bout that, it says:

110.C28932790

Type
111

It is able to turn but clicks and turns a little and repeats that over and over.

As far as the flopping drum problem… The drum actually leans a little to the right when the machine is agitating or not moving and wobbles when it spins but all the springs are accounted for including the one in the back. Could the left side spring be stretched or weak?

Check the damper pads. Three on the base frame and three on the suspension plate (18 and 16 in the drawing). Replace if worn or broken. As far as the start/stop clicking, I’m not clear on when during the cycle this is happening. You say after agitating and spinning ok, it gets to the rinse cycle and starts doing this? This is when it should be filling for rinse? Only does it at this point? Always agitates and spins ok during first wash cycle? Have you tried different speed selections?
