Main Symptom: Door lock
What happens & when: Im not sure if this model locks the door or just checks if door open during a cycle. Door latch catches and I hear it click when open and close but when starting cycle I am able to open the door at any time and the cycle pauses. Not sure if thats intended for this model or lock isnt activating.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: WPW10653840 replace and same behavior.

This is normal. The door can be opened during a cycle and does not lock. The strike will hit the switches and you can open the door during the middle of a cycle.
