You will want to check to see if the drain pump to make sure that it is not clogged. If there are no clogs then check to make sure that there is 120 Vac getting to the drain pump. There are no clogs. Went to test for voltage, but now the washer doesn’t even get to that point! It fills, then beeps 3 times (end of cycle) and stops. Lid remains locked.

I just replaced the control board, part AP5971627 (order 16329325, 6/19/25). After that we got 2 good cycles, then drain & spin stopped working. I ordered the door lock, part AP5962162 (order 16336857, 6/25/25) and we got some cycle that completed, but erratically most not, til we now wound up with filling only. Only normal wash setting, as most others have failed for awhile now.
