What happens & when: intermittent (has only happened once so far)

See (listen to) video link above. Was able to make it stop by rearranging clothes and restarting. It was a heavy load.

Recent maintenance (past 3 years):

  • 12/2022 - replaced motor coupling using kit (two sets of dogs and rubber interface in-between)
  • 5/2023 - replaced starter capacitor
  • 5/2023 - replaced guts of clutch housing using clutch lining kit
  • 5/2023 - replaced outer tub center gasket, suspension pads and tub wear pads
  • 11/2023 - replaced motor switch

If you took that one load that was making the louder noise and removed some of the clothes, would it sound the same or less noisy? I hear the agitator dogs, but I think it is due to the heavy load.

I rearranged the load and the sound went away. Next time it happens, I will try lightening the load and see if that does it, too. Maybe just too many clothes!
