KDTM404KPS0 it will drain on the last cycle for 4 to 5 times then the next 4 to 5 cycles it will not drain error code 9-1…if you hit the drain switch cycle when it first stop it will not drain till the water cools off and it will drain every time once its cooled down….it drains during all the cycles but a hit or miss on the final cycle
That’s usually a drain pump W11412291, drain check valve W11622925, or drain hose routing issue.
Make sure the drain hose routing is correct, good high loop, not too long, not going up and down, etc. I’ve attached the installation instructions concerning the drain for reference.
If that looks good I’d then test the check valve. Take the drain hose loose where it connects to the drainage system of the building and pour water in it. Hold the drain hose up and check to see if there is water backfilling into the tub. Replace the check valve at the sump if so.
If that checks out replace the drain pump.
