KA dishwasher does not fill with water

What happens & when:after cycle start unit runs through drain cycle but does not proceed to fill error code stops

Parts or tests already tried:water fill valve ok. float valve replaced

With it doing this at the beginning of the cycle and the fill valve being good then the issue is with the flowmeter built into the inlet water assembly W11535094 on the left outer side of the tub.
