Parts or tests already tried:checked continuity on all high limit and replacemd relay board. still nothing.

There are three hi-limits on this oven, one on the back of each the upper and lower oven cavities, and one on the top toward the back of the control compartment close to the terminal block. Ensure all three are closed. Then check for correct power to the terminal block.
