Jennaire electric stove display and oven function dead

Main Symptom: screen is black, no oven function
What happens & when: function touch screen is black and doesn’t operate oven / show time or anything stove top functions with knobs fan doesn’t function

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried:replace display panel (#29)without change. Recommended to change #16a or 22 (stated as control panels ) but wanted advice first.

Does the oven cavity light come on when you open the oven door?

Clarification: the light does not go on when the door gets opened but flashes on and off when closed

That is going to be the main control board AP6809250. This style had a known issue where the control board would fail and the lights in the oven would start flashing on and off with the door closed.

As I look at the oven models that it is suitable for I do not see the one I listed although close. Can you tell me if it is compatible with the one I mentioned below? Thank you very much.
