Has to be 30" slide in with downdraft.

Go with a “dual fuel” unit (gas top burners/electric element oven)if you can or if you like to cook, also a convect oven if you bake alot.
I’m a long time J/A enthusiast,and short of a commercial unit about the best you can get.
