jenn air side by side problems need help

Model Jcd2389geb. So here’s the deal fridge sat in storage for 3 years. Took it out of storage and plugged it in. Put a bottle of water in each side and let it run over night. Everything was great! Put it in the back of my truck and took it home. Probably 25 miles. Now the fridge side is warm but the freezer is cold. I can see the little blue flap on the fridge side is open. More air seems to come to the fridge side if I crack the freezer door open. I’ve searched the forum but the threads get hijacked pretty quick it seems. Since it was only running for 24 hours before I moved it I don’t think anything can get frosted over. Is there another flap I can check?

What do you mean by cold?
The freezer should get to 0 to 5 degrees F.

Is the evaporator/freezer fan running?

It is possible for the evaporator coils to clog up solid especially if you live in an part of the country with high humidity.
When you first turn the unit on the freezer and the fresh food side can be full of warm moist air. Most of this moisture will condense on the evaporator coils and can cause air circulation problems. This should clear up once the unit has gone through a defrost cycle.
