Jenn-Air Range

Bought a house with a Jenn-Air SVE47500 Range with downdraft exhaust. Exhaust fan runs on both speeds, but it does not exhaust. The exhaust pipe is a straight run of 7 feet. I have run a snake from the outside back to the fan. There is no sign of blockage.

I removed the flex tubing that runs from the cooktop to the blower. There is air blowing out of the intake, not full force, but there a definite airflow out of the intake.

The kitchen was remodeled and the stove moved to a new location, just before I bought it. On the blower itself there is a label saying not to reconfigure the components of the blower. I assume that means switching the motor and intake. How do I tell if the blower has been changed?

Any other ideas would be appreciated.
