Jenn-air oven woes

so i posted this before, but im new to your forum and see that im not really getting that many veiws so i just wanted to change my title so as i can get some more recognition

Ok so im having trouble with the lower element not heating. The broil works great and with that so does the quick preheat, i can see the upper element glow but nothing from the lower. i have replaced it and still no dice, and i have checked for power and it has 120 on both sides. for now i have switched the wires from the broil top element to the bottom one and it glows and works but it wont hold temp durring the bake option. the oven will preheat to say.. 400 but then will drop to 275 and hold there.. any help please.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for JENN-AIR JDS8850AAS RANGE- S/C S/I GAS | AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet which has diagnostics.

It looks like them hi-limit thermostat (Item 5 in Section 1) would also kill power to the control board but there are 2 wiring diagrams for this unit so I am not sure.
It would be a good idea to check it. It should measure 0 ohms and is usually attached to the outside of the oven case at the back or top.
I would also check the wires from the control board to the element

If it is OK then odds are your control board (Clock and Harness Item 5 in Section 5) is shot.
