Jenn-Air JGC9536 ignitor firing randomly

I have a Jenn-Air JGC9536 cooktop that was installed 6 years ago by the builder. Recently one or more of the ignitors will fire when everything is turned off. I searched the net and found likely causes to be a) liquid in the cooktop (none present in this case); b) improper ground or wiring (has been working fine for over 5 years); or c) bad spark module.

I ordered a new spark module and replaced it the other day. When I plugged it back into the outlet the ignitor is still firing when the controls are off.

Can anyone please help or do I need to call a pro? Thanks!

OP here–I should also add that all of the burner covers are installed properly.
