Jenn Air Jdb9000cwp1 circulation pump sometimes doesn’t run

Main Symptom: mid cycle circulation pump doesn’t run
What happens & when: cycle finishes with detergent door open but detergent still present

Error Code (if any):none
Parts or tests already tried: power present, pump pulled and inspected and reinstalled, control board and drain pump and soil sensor replaced. The pump runs sometimes but not always. Error code is 8-1 (blocked drain but it’s not blocked, this was checked). During pump inspection found a piece of glass in impeller. I applied power directly to pump and confirmed it will spin (while it was out of washer). Sometimes when you open/close door it will work. Typically the quick cycle works, but normal wash will run fine in pre-wash but the next wash does not work. I use powder detergent so it’s obvious it’s not getting used.motor has open/ol when no power applied and checking for resistance . Checking terminals p5-1 and p5-2 there is voltage present.

If the dishwasher is positioned just enough to where a meter can be used on the circulation pump, is there 120 Volts AC present when the circulation pump fails mid way through the cycle? If there is voltage, the circulation pump is failing. This could be from a bearing starting to seize, an object in the impeller, or even the windings failing during load.
