Hi Expert,

I’ve problems with one of the burners often used: when switching off the burner using knob, the sparks and clicks would not stop. And the light on the knob is till on. Initially, I thought it was because the switch was not shut off completely. It turned out that that the switch is fine. Also, I replaced that switch with a less used one but the problems persist. Right now I had to shut off the gas line to avoid major accident.

Could you please share some knowledge and experience on what should be done to get this fixed?

Probably a bad valve switch.

Hi Sir,

A development about the incidence: Right now, when switching on the knob of that burner. All I can hear is clicks ans sparks but absolutely no fire on that burner is on.

Another indicator: other burners work as normal.

Any new ideas about the cause of the problems?
