Hi, I need some help with my double oven. I can start the top oven , turn it on then put in a temperature. The oven sets itself to preheat at 100 degrees and that is it. It does not heat up. The bottom oven is working fine What part would I need to order to repair this proble,? My e-mail is lcstaples@net1plus.com
First suggestion is swap heating elements if they are same shape.
If problem switches, then it is the element and is an easy replace to repair.
If problem remains…then it could be control board since heating element never heats up at all.
