my trash compactor jammed with the arm in the up position. it hums as if it goes through a cycle but it doing nothing. my husband who is very handy can’t even get the unit out of the hole.. there is absolutely no give..the door is totally jammed. how the heck can i get the unit out to work on it? it wont budge! help!
