The code looks like it may be a program code. If you press 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 within 13 seconds, the control should enter into a diagnostic mode. Once the diagnostic mode is entered, the start or on button can be pressed to read fault codes that are stored based on a flash pattern. All of the LEDs will flash on for 1 second, then off for 1 second. There will then be a 2 second pause followed by a second flash pattern. Using this process, does an error code show up? The diagnostic mode can be exited by pressing the cancel/off button.
