Main Symptom: small leak on rinse cycle half way through
What happens & when: door seal recently replaced at end of warranty. I am getting small pool of clean water that I can soak up with a dish towel, so not a crazy obscene leak. One load had no leak at all, other 3 loads have had this small leak where we see small pool of water. I noticed it happens with about 24 mins showing in remaining time and it is well into rinse cycle. I cleaned it up and no further leak until cycle completed, even with high speed ending spin cycle. Water is at left front when facing washer. i saw a drip that would line up with pump area. But maybe leaking seal could drip out the same area? Any suggestion to pin down the source?
I assume seal was replaced by appliance tech so I would hope this would be simple to them and done properly but i guess anyone can miss something or make mistake.
If pump or door seal are leaking, wouldn’t they be leaking a lot more and during more of the cycles? If door seal, shouldn’t it be a consistent leak and doing it through every cycle where it is full of water? And there should be at least 3 pump cycles too so why wouldn’t it be leaking several times at the various pump cycles? Here are a couple pics. Hard to see water on floor.
