Is this Normal? Can someone Help

Brand:Whirlpool
Model Number:WFE550S0LZ2
Main Symptom: Burner is overheating
What happens & when: Bought this range/oven/stove/airfryer combo in 2024. The first use the front left burner got extremely hot even on Low. I have pictures I can show anyone but when I turn it to low it gets up to 700Degrees and it gets there within seconds. They came out and repaired something, I believe it was the burner itself, it worked for about a year and now it’s doing the exact same thing, can anyone help? This will be the 3rd burner replacement. I am fairly certain they replaced the burner itself but can anyone think of a different part they may have replaced? Sorry for the long explanation but this is annoying, to pay this much money and it not work properly from the get go. I contacted whirlpool and they basically said good luck.
