Connect yellow to red and green to blue, make sure you move the attachment with the red braided cable going to it over to the new element when you get it installed
Don’t understand. On the last pic, you have a foto of how it is connected now and it does not heat. The white wire in the foto is an extension of the two black wires. The terminals were not compatible so I used this jumper. What wires are in the wrong place?
connect purple wire to where the white wire is. connect the two wires that go into one plug where the purple wire was. Where did the white wire come from. The jumper is fine I’ve had to do that before
The white wire was in your shipment with the element. I have switched terminals as you noted. I will reconnect and turn pwr on. Will take a few minutes. Then will get back with you. Appreciate your assistance.
That worked! It was not intuitive for me so thanks. Now I can finish the job. Appreciate your help.
