Compressor and condenser not coming on, 3 prong connector from inverter compressor
board not getting 21 volts to any of 3 to each other but to ground getting 21
volts to any of the 3 connector contacts.
How many volts to inverter compressor board should there be?
New inverter compressor board and main boards were installed

Check windings of compressor, com-start, com-run and run-start windings should all be the same ohms, if not, the compressor is bad and frying the invertor.
