I have ordered the bake element for this Whirlpool wall oven. Ours has burned out. I know that it has to be screwed in, but after we take out the screws, how will be remove the old elements and how do we install the new one?

Remove the screws and the element will come out far enough to disconnect the wires attached, then attache those wires to the new element and replace the screws.
