What happens & when: After replacing control board 134523200NH, dials flipped 180 degrees. Took apart and flipped dial 180 degree (6 turns), but still didn’t work.

From what I can find, there should be a small tab on the knob pin with a notch on the opposite side that goes into the control. It should line up with a notch and tab in the potentiometer in the control. Is the tab missing from the pin? Here is an example of the tab and notch.
The pin does have it, I took the whole thing apart again and was able to get everything to work correctly. For anyone looking to do this, it’s very finicky, take your time with it and it may take a few tries. My dryer is back to working correctly!
