We are replacing the broken cup drive with a new part. Having re-installed the dispenser, the motor produces a loud click and hums and will not rotate. The auger helix disp turns freely by itself. Does anyone have instructions on how to properly remove the motor for testing and how to properly re-install the whole dispenser apparatus? Thank you kindly.
