Main Symptom: won’t spin or agitate
What happens & when: when is diagnostics mode testing for spin and agitate nothing happens. When trying to start normal cycle the washer hums on and off but does not spin.

I tipped the unit on it’s side and noticed the belt is digging into the plastic pully mount. The motor, which is to the right and this pully move but is tight since the digging into the plastic.
Question- where do I go from here to troubleshoot?
I turned it back upright thinking the drum on it’s side was doing this but it’s still too close to that white bracket when upright.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I paid $450 4 years ago for this so calling in a repairman I might as well buy new. I was hoping to diy this.
This might be made by Midea but really sure.
