ice maker makes ice and dumps it in the bin, but the door cube/crushed ice dispenser does NOT activate.:eek:

If the ice door and ice dispenser are not activating when the lever is pressed the problem is broken off pin holding the micro switch or the switch itself.
Using the flat screw driver pry off the bottom of the frame and work it up. Remove the bracket and check the pin holding the switch.
Unfortunately the bracket is no longer available, see if you can fix it by gluing the post or the switch back. Give it your best shot.
