Identifying an electrical part

I need to replace the oven door switch #AP4419569. I found this part. But I also need to replace the electrical part that powers this switch. It is the plastic female adaptor into which the switch fits. I have been unable to find a diagram or part listing that shows this. When the switch burned out, it also burned this part.

The model number you posted does not come up. Is it American model? Verify and repost it please.

In the list I see, the model number I gave is 16th from the bottom. Sorry this is such trouble.

In case to avoid any mistakes we have to match up the model number exactly with the model number written on the products name plate. The model number you posted is FCS338CESE while the 16th model number from the bottom of this list is FCS388CESE. The difference is: in the first model number is 338 while in the second model number is 388. Such difference can lead to a different part numbers and/or different schematics.

Gene,
You are correct. The numbers are different. I’m sorry. The correct number in FCS388CESE

I did not find this adapter as well, but this is not a big problem. You can connect the wires straight to the switch terminals.

According to the wiring diagram, the BL/W wire should be connected to the COM terminal, the OR wire should be connected to the NO terminal and the BR wire should be connected to the NC terminal. The crimp on wire terminals you can by in Radio Shack or in any other similar store.

Push the switch into the hole in the oven frame and it will lock there by itself.
