Could you provide me with a few more details. Where are the icicles forming in the freezer? What do you mean by no suction? Are the fridge and freezer operating normally otherwise? Can you provide pictures?

Icicles forming on top from of freezer and top of door inside freezer. Ice cubes not holding firm. Also lack of suction in freezer

And you replaced both door gaskets? Is the freezer door sealing good? What is the temp in the freezer and fridge?

My biggest suspicion if the doors are sealed properly is an air flow issue, most likely the evaporator coils are frozen over probably from a defective defrost system
