Ice tray not receiving water

Main Symptom:Water not being sent to ice tray
What happens & when:There is no water being sent to the ice tray. Water dispencer is working normally. After contacting an APP tech, they recomended the water inlet valve be replaced. With that being done, I still have no water flowing to the tray. Please advise.

I would suspect the icemaker itself or the wiring between it and the valve, has the icemaker been replaced?

No, the icemaker has not been replaced. It seems that the plastic flanges that push the ice out of the tray and into the bin have been moving but it’s hard to catch it in action. Is it possible the line is froze?
