We first installed our new refer and the ice maker wouldn’t come on. We had a repair man come out and in minutes it was fixed. We put in new tiles and moved the refer out for a few days, plugged in while moved. we had turned off ice maker ( lifted arm that controls ice level) . When set refer back in place an dropped arm down to start ice production the ice maker would again not come on. There was no water frozen in fill line, and we replaced the relay and still it isn’t working. Does anyone know if there is a reset switch or something simple that can be done?
Possible the ice maker on-off switch is malfunctioning. Try to play with the ice maker arm.
