Ice Maker pan has Solid Ice in it

I have a side by side Kenmore fridge. The ice maker is making Ice, but I have to remove the icemaker tray each day and use an Ice pick because is freezes into a solid block. I am able to get cubes out, but I must repeat this step each day. How do I troubleshoot this to determine what part is needed to make a repair? Thanks in Advance.

Does it look like the ice cubes frozen together or like in frozen water?

The back right end of the tray becomes a solid block. The cubes on the top and in front are ok. Thats what I use each morning in my lunch cooler. After i put ice in my cooler, I get an ice pick and brake up the solid part. I can post a picture in the morning if that will help you. Thanks..

Here are pictures. # 1 shows ice hanging from the middle and end of the ice maker. #2 shows what the ice looks like after I remove it from the tray with an ice pick.#3 shows what the tray looks like before I removed it with the ice pick. #4 is another picture of ice hanging from the ice maker.

Thanks for your assistance. I have placed the order. Do installation instructions come with the new ice maker?

Nevermind on the instructions. I reviewed the part and see it comes with a booklet. Again, thanks for your help. I am looking foward to NOT having to use an ice pick each morning to clean out the tray.
