Ice maker not working

Main Symptom:
What happens & when:Does not make ice, I have done a number of things defrost, new filter, unplugged. Now placed water in the ice mold trouble shoot testing I connected H and T and it not rotate but I also did V and N and did not hear water movement Just want to make I get the right part.

When testing, do you have the door switches held or taped down? Are you getting a voltage reading from L-N on the icemaker with the switches made?

Yes on doors and no on voltage with L and N! Switches made??

Made means the switches are held down so that contact is being made. At that point you’ll need to check voltage where the icemaker harness connects to the fridge.

This should be a big 16-pin connector with 13 wires going into it on each side, under the icemaker harness cover in the ice box. With those switches mad you’ll check from violet/purple to white for 120v AC. The connector should look like the ones circled below.

If you have voltage there then you will need to replace the icemaker W10882923.
