You may have a supply tube blocked with ice, usually where it enters the back of the freezer compartment… Use hair dryer to remove ice; this can be caused by a leaky water supply valve… I’m used to seeing more characters in the model number than you provided… Usually 3 digits followed by a dot then more digits…
