Ice Maker not working again

Main Symptom: Ice maker line frozen at fill cup
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any): None
Parts or tests already tried: Shunt wire tried, no motor movement. Replaced this ice maker along with water supply valve March 2025.

This is the third ice maker in 2 years. Was working fine until 4 days ago when it froze up.The water dispenser line works fine. Have unplugged, check the back for crimps, no electrical outage lately. Any other suggestions? Is the last ice maker still under warranty (order no. AP6019087)?

I’d start with checking for 120v AC at the violet and whites wires on the harness connected to the ice maker with the door switches taped down. That many ice makers in such a short period usually indicates something else in the system being messed up. Was the harness to the ice maker ever replaced?
