Ice maker is leaking water

I have an Amana refrig. side by side doors, when turn the water on the ice maker, there is water under the fridge. The ice maker is working but a lot of water under the fridge. Thank you.

Remove the rear cover. Locate the plastic tube (1/4") goes to the ice maker and check it for a small crack. Also check the water inlet valve.
