Lost power to fridge for 3 days (hurricane), when power came back on, water come out of dispenser in front of door, for water only, but ice is not made. I replaced ice maker and filter. Still not making ice- could it be soloniod at bottom of fridge where water goes to freezer and also to door panel.

Mike,
The fill valve is a good place to start. but First thing you ought to check is the o0ptic sensor system for the ice maker.
Open the freezer door and observe the LED light on the right wall.
If the light blinks twice then pauses, push in on the emmitter cover on the left wall, and observe the LED light. If the light still blinks twice, you’d have a bad optic sensor sydtem and will need to replace the boards
If the light is on solid, the optics are OK, If there is no light, the optics are bad.
If the optics check OK, then consider the fill valve, or a frozrn water tank.
