Ice in refrigerator

I have a few ounces worth of ice in the refrigerator section behind the fruit and vegetable crisper drawer (which is the second drawer from the bottom). This is a side by side fridge. I removed most of the ice in a chunk but I can see ice behind the plastic trim panel to the left of the coils that are behind the express thaw/express chill drawer (which is the bottom drawer). It melts a bit and runs into or behind the bottom drawer. Freezer is set to 0, fridge set to 37. Fridge is just off warranty. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Location of the ice in the photo is on the left side, behind the square plastic cover to the left of the panel with the 6 long slots, basically in line with the uppermost slot. Before I broke away the few ounces of ice, it was on the top of that curved cover on the left side, and in front of that square cover.

Make sure the refrigerator door gasket isn’t leaking air.

Check for a slider knob near the crispers. If there is one, make sure that damper is closed.

Also, bump up the freezer temp to 5 degrees. 0 is ideal, but the sensor may not be accurate.

Did you fix your problem with the ice in the refrigerator? I have the same problem.
