Ice Dispenser not working

The ice dispenser on the door does not work. The ice maker works fine and the water dispenser works fine. I did have a small white plastic part fall out of the dispenser. Looks like a small lever for a switch. Need the part number to replace. Also, how does one remove the cover for the dispenser to replace the part?

I followed posted directions to remove cover. No problems. The micro switch works. The problem is the piece that holds the switch in place is broken so the switch does not get tripped by the lever assembly. Looks like I need a new panel that holds the switch and other parts.
