What happens & when: If the ice bucket has ice in it the auger does not turn, no ice it turns fine.

Are you getting any kind of noise when calling for ice with the bucket full, like a humming or whining noise?

Yes, and thank you for the quick response! It sounds like it’s trying to work but getting stuck. I’m not sure if I should replace the entire Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Auger Motor or just the Refrigerator Ice Maker Drive Coupling. Almost like a skipping record (video for review). Hopefully this helps.

I’d definitely replace the auger motor W11202789 and take a look at that coupling to make sure it isn’t worn. If the coupling on the auger or the bucket is worn it’ll need to be replaced as well, but this is usually just the auger motor.
