The motor will not bring ice (cubed or Crushed) into the glass when I push the level in the door. Is the a fault of the control or switch or both. If neither what part should I be replacing so that I do not have to manually take ice from the ice tray into my glass.
What is the complete model number of the refrigerator?
Does it do anything when you pushed the release lever?
