Hello, you and I could retire as millionaires if there were such a diagram. Unfortunately there is only the parts diagram and it does not show the correct positioning of each blade. Before you remove anything, take multiple pictures so you can get them back into the right place on the shaft. If you have already removed them, try and get them in position the best you can and try it, you mmay have to tweek it some, Good Luck.
I usually take copious photos of everything as I disassemble, but alas, I had to take the “socket” off the bottom of the auger shaft (part that couples with the auger motor coupler) and as I was removing the screw holding it to the shaft, I lost it and the blades and washers all came off. And since it was inside the ice bucket at the time I could not photo it. Bummer. I have put it back together successfully but not sure if it is like it was originally. I searched and searched for a diagram, but like you said, not to be found.
You have done well to get it together and not have it bind up.
