Our freezer has recently been forming sheets of ice at the bottom underneath the drawer, that eventually melt and form puddles on the floor. After looking at it, we’ve found that the drip pan is dry. Any advice to avoid soggy slippers?
The defrost drain tube needs to be cleaned out so the water can run down the tube to the pan.
