The error F1 is going to indicate an issue with the freezer fan. There is a voltage check that would need to be done from the main control while the fan should operating. On the main control, there will be a 15 pin connector that has pins 1, 2, and 3 empty. The wires on pin 13 and pin 14 would be tested for DC voltage, where it should read 12 Volts DC. Needle probe leads or a thin meter probe extension can be used to test at these points. Is the voltage present or does it read something different?
