Hello, and thank you for your question. Is the display illuminated but the touchpad is not responding, or is the display completely dead?
If the display is illuminated but the touchpad does not respond, try pressing and holding the Cook Time button for 3 seconds. Does the control begin responding afterward? If it still does not respond, the oven control would be the most likely cause of failure.
If the display is completely dead, a voltage check can help narrow things down. There should be a red wire at connection J901 and a white wire at terminal J404 on the control The attached image has the locations circled for reference. With a multimeter set to Volts AC, test between those two wires.
Do you measure 120 Volts AC between the red wire at J901 and the white wire at J404? That reading will help determine whether the control is receiving power.
