This model does have a kind of diagnostic/service/load mode that will allow you to check what the fridge is seeing each temperature sensor reading as, but it can be very complicated to navigate even for seasoned techs. I have attached screenshots of navigating that mode below.
The surest way to check the temperature sensors is to remove them from the fridge, place the sensor in a glass of ice water that has been allowed to cool down, allow the sensor to settle for about 5-10 minutes, and then check the resistance value. The ice water should be about 32°F after it has been allowed to settle, so the temperature sensor being tested should read about 13.2kΩ.
